Moving right along...Today's pattern is super quick and easy, and I love that you can use it again and again
to make more sweatpants or pajamas for the fall/winter. Christmas pj's anyone? This pattern has got you covered.
And remember, you can do this for any sized pants. Go ahead and make matching sweats for the whole family!
a pair of pants that fit well - marker - ruler - paper
Use your ruler to draw a long vertical line, and then square a horizontal line across the bottom. Kinda like an upside-down T.
Fold your pants along the front crotch seam length.
Line the side seam up with your vertical line, and the hem with the horizontal.
Trace around the inseam, crotch length, and waistband.
Most pants have a longer crotch length in the back than in the front, so make sure you are following the correct seam.
Fold your pants along the back crotch seam this time, and re-align them with your lines.
Trace along the inseam, crotch length, and waistband again.
You should now have a pattern similar to this one.
